1. Limit your time in the sun

2. Find ways to manage stress
When we’re stressed or anxious, our bodies release a hormone called cortisol. Increased levels of cortisol can cause us to lose our glow by diminishing the skin’s ability to retain moisture and encouraging an overproduction of oils.
